This opens 'The Registry Editor'.Navigate to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Media Foundation\Platform" in the left sidebar.Right-click the "Platform" key and select New → DWORD (32-bit) Value.Name this value "EnableFrameServerMode" and set the value to "0" by double clicking on it.These are the steps if you are using a 32-bit version of Windows 10. 

If you are using a 64-bit version of Windows 10, you will need to navigate to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows Media Foundation\Platform" in the left sidebar and follow step 3 and 4 mentioned above. 

Now close the registry editor and just re-launch the application in which your webcam was freezing. They should now work normally – no reboot, no sign out required.

The 1080 gets the full fat 2560 CUDA cores with 1556MHz base clock and 1733MHz boost clock and the faster 256-bit 8GB GDDR5X memory. All three have factory overclock support.

Based on Pascal, all three support the new NVIDIA features such as Ansel and simultaneous multi-projection. NVIDIA has improved the G-Sync capabilities, making it support up to 2560x1440 monitors at 120Hz. BatteryBoost has also been updated with a smoother frame rate cap and more control over individual games through GeForce Experience software to help extend battery life.

Recently Facebook explained that it will soon start displaying adverts even if an ad block is installed in a web browser. The social media giant continued by indicating that ads serving is crucial for the growth and existence of the platform and insisted that ads are not totally bad especially targeted ads. 

So in order to maintain relevant ads serving for users, Facebook will display ads according to each person's preference and interest. Below is an excerpt from the statement. 


"We've designed our ad formats, ad performance and controls to address the underlying reasons people have turned to ad blocking software. When we asked people about why they used ad blocking software, the primary reason we heard was to stop annoying, disruptive ads.
As we offer people more powerful controls, we'll also begin showing ads on Facebook desktop for people who currently use ad blocking software."




No word on when this will actually kickoff but it seems it's starting very soon.

MTN Nigeria has started another re-enlistment drive went for clients who are yet to be enrolled by means of the limitlessly more prevalent and secure Seam Fix stage.

Not quite Long since windows announced their update to Windows 10 as millions of PC users have downloaded the update especially after Microsoft warned that it might not be free after some stipulated time. 

Well, to mark the one year anniversary, Microsoft has provided the anniversary update and download links for PC users on "32 bit and 64 bit" and procedures on "how to install it"

Key features of the update:

1. Bash shell: This brings Linux’s beloved Bash shell to Windows 10. Developers will definitely love this. It allows them run Linux commands on their PC, and it is powerful enough to run even graphical Linux software.

2. Virtual Desktpop pins: This allows you pin an open app to a virtual desktop. If you always want a particular program in front and center. This makes it easy.

3. Dark Themes: The new update brings "Dark Theme" for those that think Windows 10 is too bright.

4. Windows 10 users can now ties their operating syatem license to a Microsoft account. This is made possible with a new feature called “Activation Troubleshooter”.

There are other improvements to Edge browser, Cortana, visual changes to the start menu, and other new tweaks.

MTN Nigeria has kick-started trial runs of its 4G LTE network. 4G LTE (fourth generation long term evolution) is a technology that provides broadband internet to mobile subscribers. This announcement of the MTN 4G LTE trial is an indication that subscribers itching for the service do not have too long to wait before it becomes commercially available.


Restricted Trials

The official statement from MTN claims that the test run will “be available for now for only Visafone customers, currently provisioned on the 800 MHz band”. We are not sure how this pans out because we are aware that MTN has been migrating subscribers off Visafone’s platform for a while now to pave way for the 4G LTE launch.

For How Long Will The MTN 4G LTE Trial Run?

Other 4G networks available to mobile users in the country include Smile and Ntel. There is no information about how long the MTN 4G LTE trial will run.
